After that workout- legs are feeling a bit shaky. I am a bit more tired today, probably went to bed too late, but I felt good for the AM workout. I had a good size lunch (which in most cases would make one feel sleepy), surprisingly gave me an energy boost. No "2:30 feeling" here!

Caroline-I just read your posts, Keep it up!! After this weekend and seeing how my body has transformed I am a true believer of this new eating change. I felt fresh all day on Saturday. I was able to push harder and move faster during WOD 3. I also was not that sore Sunday or today. I was expecting to be hurting today but I feel pretty good. So keep up the good work on this new adventure. It’s amazing how are body changes when we feed it the right nutrients.
ReplyDeleteThat's awesome Marcos! I definitely believe that you are not near as sore because of the diet. Recovery process is a lot faster! I cant wait until week so I can see all the transformations! Congrats on this weekend and sticking with the diet!!!
