Well, it's the day after my Fran (this was my 3rd one in one month time span by the way!)
Todays WOD:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Sit-ups
Push- ups (with hand release)
Squats
4:26 (i believe)
This was a 6am workout, haven't been doing many morning workouts lately. That will all change because with football season coming up I will be working late and weird hours...BOOO!! Moral of the story SPARK SPARK SPARK to the rescue, because I will (and was today) be tired!!!! Think ill go to bed now....night night!!
