Today I'm super proud of my boot campers! The workout was not easy or short, and they did a great job, hung in there and pushed hard the entire time!! Way to go everyone!!

So today will be an interesting day. Some of you may know I am on the team for a retreat my church puts on, called the ACTS Retreat. Well today is a day of fasting, yes fasting! Well of course I can't TOTALLY fast, I mean, I can't go without my post workout recovery foods!!! Instead of totally giving up all foods, Im not letting myself have certain foods which I eat on a daily basis and eating smaller meals. As I have this going on, today's CrossFit WOD is sure to be a killer!!! See for yourself...

Coach’s Notes:
All exercises are done UNBROKEN. You must complete all reps in 1 set before moving on to the next. If you drop the weight, or cannot complete the set, you must do 5 burpees and start the exercise back at 0. For the Thrusters, you can rest the bar in the front rack position to rest. It cannot drop below the shoulders. For pull-ups, you can hang on the bar as long as you want, but as soon as your feet hit the ground, or your hands fall off, you must start over after burpees. On the Kettlebell Swings, once you start swinging, you cannot stop movement until you hit all reps.
